Our story is the story of our family, of a dream that took shape in 2005,

when we start the work to renovate this farmhouse which is now the Mezzo Baiocco. An unusual name for a restaurant,

but rooted in that distant past that we have learned to love and respect.

There was life before us in this house, and by this name we remember it.

It was during the work that we found a coin under the roof tiles.

It was a Half Baiocco, a coin of the Papal State dating back to 1849.

We framed it on the entrance wall, because it reminds us of the ancient part of our history.

It is up to us to write the new one, and we have been doing it with all our dedication since July 21, 2006, together, thanks to you.

Our history is a young yet ancient history.

It's the story of our family and our team, of all of you with us.
